Claro Pay

Claro Pay was created to provide Claro users with a secure, accessible mobile platform for loans and financing. The goal was to integrate financial services into the brand’s ecosystem, promoting digital inclusion, financial autonomy, and expanding Claro’s digital offerings to boost user engagement and loyalty.

Design Process
The design process followed a user-centered, iterative approach based on the double diamond model. It began with research and benchmarking, followed by user journey mapping, persona creation, and flow design. Prototypes were tested and refined with real users. The interface prioritized clarity, accessibility, and trust, aligning with Claro’s visual identity to deliver a consistent and intuitive experience.




Result
The final product delivered a clean, intuitive, and mobile-first experience, guiding users smoothly from simulation to loan approval. The flow was optimized for conversion, minimizing friction and supporting users with low digital literacy. Claro Pay met its goals while elevating the standard for financial service design in the telecom sector.
